Above & Beyond Care have been looking after my wife for over a year and are kind, helpful and considerate in every way. They are always on time and go out of their way to do everything to make my wife comfortable.

Very, very good service. Mum has Alzheimer's and dementia, plus mobility problems and can be difficult at times. The carers are professional, friendly and efficient. They really have helped to make her life enjoyable and happy.

Our parents were determined to remain in their own home despite increasing frailty and vulnerability. That was manageable until ill health struck me. We had to have help from an agency. Having previously worked in the care industry I was extremely vigorous in my researching I am very aware of the shortcuts some agencies may take. I selected ABC above beyond care due to the high CQC rating. Following an interview at our home and a second visit this time with my parents we were all happy to start the care required. I am more than delighted with the agency and staff. They are all, without fail, friendly, efficient and professional. They understand the difficulty for my parents in accepting that they needed care in order to remain in their own home and have persevered when objection has been made by my parents on their more confused days. Their home appears cleaner, smells fresher, my mum's badly soiled bed is always freshly made up and the sheets laundered. This is not a nice task but it's all done with a smile. I actually TRUST this agency and I do not say this lightly. They are proactive, when they notice something we need to be aware of they inform us, not so we can deal with it as they already have, but to keep us up to date. Both my parents are now really happy with their carer, in fact, they have requested we increase their visits. The agency does half hour visits and is very conscious of small budgets and is happy to help for as few or as many hours as you require. I am extremely happy to recommend ABC to anybody. They actually do achieve what we all want, perfect care for our much loved parents when we cannot be there.

My husband had stroke and is semi paralysed down the right side and walks with a quad stick, but mostly in his wheelchair. Carer comes in the morning to wash and dress him. The quality of care and staff is outstanding.

I highly recommend Above and Beyond Care, they have helped me with all the problems with my health and do so in a way that they urge me to go forward. I was at my lowest so they looked after me body and mind but also helped me to help myself no matter how small.

My carer is always happy to get some of my meals and give me my medication, she is happy to chat to me ad I live alone since my husband died. During last winter she was the only person I saw as my family work and are busy at the weekends.

AB Care has been caring for my mother and now my father as well for over 3 years. They are always willing to help with every eventuality, are regular in their daily care, provide friendly unhurried service and regularly assess needs. They genuinely are above and beyond in the care they offer.

For Jess finding the perfect person in Declan to deal with a very cantankerous elderly man who hates not being able to cope himself. I have to say amazingly my Dad really liked Declan, can you pass on my own and Dad's thanks to him. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services. Overall excellent quality of service. Timely, polite, clean, respectful, professional, excellent management and staff. Compared to other agencies I have had, great value of money. For me and others I know, the best yet. I personally would highly recommend. Mainly because they listen and are prompt in dealing with any requests.

We have had exceptionally good care over the last 5 months, the highlight being one of the carers offered to come in even if she was not working to give Mrs Woodward her medication in the morning when I was on extra early appointment. Another example, my friend is experiencing some major problems and he could not get any carers to come in for 4 days. I mentioned this to my carer, she contacted the relevant people and agreed to step in to help out the next day.

The quality is excellent, and they are always very punctual. They always take time to attend to my requests.

They are all very good. They know how to deal with my mum. Any problems (if they cannot sort it out) they will phone me. They have taken so much off me it has helped us all.

We will highly recommend the above agency for the excellent and expert care that they carried out for 8 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for the carers, they were very cheerful and helpful whatever the task, also very professional. Mrs Ali Liffen, the care manager, was very supportive and was quick to solve any little problems and questions that arose.

The care and concern show by the agency knows no bounds. They give such confidence and such a sense of security when the difficulties of old age or illness creep up on you. I cannot recommend them too highly.

I have been very happy with the care provided for my husband from Above & Beyond. I had been advised to choose a smaller care company and have not regretted the change. Rotas are emailed every week as I like to know who is coming and when and it makes arranging appointments etc much easier too. We generally have the same group of carers who care about the work they do. I have respite once a week and I never worry about leaving my home and husband in their care. The office staff are very helpful and any requests for time changes and extra care are always met with a ‘yes we can’ attitude. I only have one little niggle that we are not always told of lateness and time changes. I would happily recommend this company.

Very satisfied with the service I have received. I have never been let down by non-arrival of a carer and all carers have appeared very close to the appointed time. All the carers are very kind and perform their tasks professionally. At all times they are dressed smartly and are all welcome here.

I think Above and Beyond carers are such a very well organise and wonderful company. Every carer is first class at what they do and nothing is to much trouble and they always are polite and happy while attending to my mother's needs they all deserve a big pat on the back they are far the best company we have had.
